Each year, the lodge leadership sets goals for the upcoming year. These goals are used to decide what actions will be taken by the lodge.
2025-2026 Lodge Goals
- Earn Best All Around Lodge in Section E6 and meet the High
- Performing standard in the Lodge Performance Measurement
- Program
- Send at least two youth to the National Leadership Seminar
- Attend a successful and memorable conclave for all
- Arrowmen
- Bring 20% of Alibamu brothers to the 2026 E6 Section
- Conclave
- Have 85% activation of 2025 new Ordeal members
- Have 55% of Ordeal members obtain their Brotherhood
- Have at least 70% retention of youth members from 2025 to
- 2026
- Have at least 90% of LEC youth attend Lodge Leader
- Development training
- Induct 90% of eligible Ordeal candidates
