Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) is an annual event focused on equipping members with the skills and knowledge needed to lead effectively within the Lodge. Through a combination of training sessions, discussions, and hands-on activities, members learn more about their roles and how to better serve others.
LLD also provides an opportunity for members to connect with Lodge leadership, share ideas, and strengthen the overall direction of the Lodge.
This year, LLD will be held on July 18. All members are encouraged to attend, especially those currently serving or interested in leadership roles.
