The Allogogan Ordeal is the Lodge’s first Ordeal of the calendar year, typically held in mid-March. Ordeals are some of the most meaningful events of the year, as they provide the opportunity to welcome new members into the Order.
An Ordeal is both a challenge and an introduction. It is designed to help candidates reflect on the values of service, leadership, and brotherhood that define the Order of the Arrow.
